This is also scorching the retinas of oncoming drivers! Those LED bulbs change the focal point compared to the halogens and the factory reflectors and lenses will scatter the light of the LED (or an HID retrofit w/o a projector) shooting spears of light at oncoming drivers instead of on the road in front of you.

I would be totally in support of auto tinting glass in a car, but I know in the US it’s illegal to have a tinted windshield, so blame the gov’t for that one.
