Hmm interesting, I learned something new since I have never heard of a ratchet referred to as a socket wrench before.
The original CC8S used a Ford V8, but later Koenigsegg developed his own engine design (although I still believe it is similar to the 4.6L Ford V8 he originally used). Today it's pretty much a unique motor.
