I admired this so much when I was there that I actually took the time to sketch it on the spot. I think I only drew about three or four other cars that day. It’s one of the best looking cars in the museum.

There are really no good roads for enthusiastic driving around Detroit. I mean, there’s the Belle Isle race track, but you can’t drive over about 30mph there legally, and race direction is counter to the one-ways.
Detroit suburbs are horrible. I live directly north of Detroit and it’s all a straight grid pattern. Half the roads that should be highways aren’t, and there are all those stupid “Michigan lefts” that make left turns a pain. The condition of the roads is also troublesome in spots.
