All Aspect Stealth? So the F-35 doesn’t qualify?
All Aspect Stealth? So the F-35 doesn’t qualify?
Was someone here proposing that?
Just leaving this here. http://theconversation.com/the-f-35-jsf-w…
what definitions are those? Not made by Lockheed?
Referring to the people who think we don’t need a nuclear deterrent and things like that. A lot of liberals probably have as good or better idea of how wars work than an ultra conservative. It seems that regardless of who takes office, the military is probably not going to get any stronger in the long wrong.
Very eloquent
I will check him out. I haven't paid much attention to them because it looks pretty likely for either Hillary or Sanders will get the nomination.
I hadn’t even thought of Boras and subs. I do wonder, because being a weird hovercraft, it is not like the sub would have any difficulty in in locating for all the noise. But if it is going 55kts, hitting it would be very hard. But then again, it can’t hit the sub. Kind of funny because they could be right next each…
I would probably take Will Ferrel. At least he is not strutting a terribly misconstrued plan of what the military should be and probably could be reasoned with.
I personally feel that it was a tactical blunder to go to Iraq, but that is in no way the responsibility of the soldier who fought. I hate the politicians that send soldiers to die for a bad cause, but I love the soldiers. I am very anti-war, but I hate the people that try to protests war at a soldiers funeral.
No, he is saying that if a soldier is going to have a crisis that a gay person might want to be in the military, they are going to have a full meltdown the moment a bullet ricochets of their APC.
On the whole I agree, though I do like to point out that a small patrol craft like the Hobei -class Catamaran or a Bora-Class Hovercraft pack a massive anti-shipping punch, on par with a most destroyers. But then again, you are really going to be facing craft like that except if we are attacking them.
Nice. I always love to point out to people when they are saying we need a 600 ship navy or that out navy is bigger than all others combined is that those number mean little. It seems that most people don't realize that on paper, a resupply ship carries just as much firepower as an aircraft carrier when looking at hull…
He didn't touch politics at all. He merely addressed each candidates stance on the military. The simple fact of the matter is that while most Democrats have no clue what the point of the military is, the GOP probably will wreck it as well. I see a lot of potential of more money going down the drain but still probably…
I am not an expert in this area, but wasn’t Japan closer to a practical bomb than Nazi Germany? If I recall Japan was working towards a uranium bomb, but Germany a heavy water bomb (which is an impracticality due to size of I recall). Germany still needed to start development work for a uranium based bomb, though I…
That would have been incredible.
Russia is entirely too aggressive. They have military bases all over the globe. They have a dozen aircraft carriers (force projection) circling the globe. They spend more on their military then the top 5 countries combined. In the Middle East, they have invaded Iraq and left the country in ruins twice, destabilized…
Why? Because they have to justify their defense budgets. If you say the Cold War is over, but then stockpile weapons, it really sends two messages. An empire, whether it be America or the wannabe EU, has to have an enemy.
I’m about to go hide under the picnic table until all these aircraft stop raining down.
Pretty insane crash. Pretty impressive that even one person survived
