All Crypto is a scam, I agree.. my point is that the site itself isn’t a scam.

The husband of my coworker literally just did that. They sold their home so they’d have more to “invest.” I told mine that either he had margin calls from WSB speculation, or he wanted to plow into crypto. He’s a jerk, but I feel bad for his family.

Bitcoin and all these coins are only good for buying drugs, and money laundering.. anyone looking to ‘invest’ here is just dumb.

I say this as someone who mined and traded bitcoin in 2012-2013.

How do people not see the scam? There are literally 10,000+ cryptocurrencies and 1,000s of different NFTs, with more added everyday. A majority are blatant scams, ponzis, and rugs. Where is the value? Where is the scarcity? What is the use case? It’s all…

There is also an automatic assumption that $60K is way too much for an assembly-line worker to make. Why is that, because they make less in China? Because you don’t need a college degree? You can’t blame the employees for the cost of living, COGS, insurance, healthcare costs, etc.

I think it’s becoming increasingly clear that we need some basic changes and federal legislation on worker protection laws in the US.
