I love when creators focus as much on aesthetics as content - it’s pretty rare these days. Let’s hope they can live up to their own hype though, the samples above look like 70’s album covers.

It sounds great, I’ll be pledging.
Cool, OMNI is long missed. It’s about time for a new version.
I was on the fence till you presented it that way. I’m in. If can combine aspects of all those awesome publications wrapped up in incredible design and materials, you should have a hit.
Unpublished John Schoenherr images? I think you just talked me into coughing up $25.
If you can capture some of the allure of Omni, you’ll be on to something (maybe lay off the parapsychology and ufo stuff).
My childhood introduction to science fiction.
The Games section and some of the hands-on projects (boomerang paper-airplane is one that comes to mind) were also highlights.
Not sure on the beauty angle, but if there could somehow possibly be something to pick up where Omni left off please? THAT magazine was so central to my young mind being drawn to the sciences, both fictional and real, it’s not even funny.
Love this. Science fiction mags and books shouldn’t be the poor relation, visually. Smart confident content should find a receptive and wide audience, and be kick-ass in its own right. Best of luck. If I meet these guys in my non-kinja personna, which is fairly likely, I’ll effuse in person!
Props for the name choice.
