I participate in a male-dominated sport. And I can’t even count all the times some guy has said to me, “The only reason that move worked on me was because you caught me off guard.”

Those of us with sons (me included) should take this to heart too, so that they’re supportive of the women and girls in their lives pursuing whatever they want, or at the very least so that they’re not part of the problem.
