Oh yeah I mean all I've got are two midrange 24" ASUS monitors at 1080p and it works great for everything I've ever needed. I do TONS of gaming, CAD, some video and audio editing, and some photoshop. Having more than one monitor is what really helps out....

Yeah I've heard that in some of the most silent chambers (ones specifically designed to block out noise especially, usually for audio equipment testing) it is SO quiet that you'll actually start to lose your mind if you're in there alone for too long.
