i pulled a page from Office Space, and did nothing this weekend. and ya know, it was everything i ever thought it could be.

we had a 2nd "100 year" flood in 7 years here this summer. the worst part isnt always the water damage, but the moisture that seeps in behind the drywall. that insulation gets wet, it never dries, and mold and mildew become a huge problem. sorry for your parents and hope they come thru ok!
