I used to. Alas, I hit 60 and my bp went up! Enjoy it while you can.

Why not both?

I bought my house in 2012 and it’s almost tripled in value. It boggles me, but there we go!

Also, same circuit as your air fryer. They don’t play well together.

All that $ should be held in escrow for them, in a trust NOT run by family members who can profit from overworking kids.

Hell, look how they treat pregnant people: https://jezebel.com/republicans-melt-down-over-worker-protections-for-pregn-1850718619

We scrape the insides out to mix them with the extras, then put them back in the jacket.

The 3 cheeses you listed aren’t available in my area (Texas). Why not link to a site that is nationwide? I’ve bought from IGourmet many times with success - just be cautious about buying during a heatwave in Texas. You want cheese, not liquid.  https://igourmet.com/search?q=truffle%20cheese

I’m house shopping now, and LVP is a *plus* to me. I have dogs, and it’s so easy to clean.

I’m very glad they rescinded the bit about accounts with Youtube videos. My husband died in 2020, and had a YT channel where he posted woodworking videos every week. Not only do I go back there to see him and hear his voice, but others still get benefit from his videos.

Look at enough listings, and you’ll see this a lot. Some of it is to mask whatever was on the tv - if the seller really likes Fox News, that could be a turn-off for buyers!

Bad business. Just charge a higher fee and specify in the listing “NO CLEANING REQUIRED.” That’s a draw now.

Yup.

Me on seeing the headline: “Who ARE these people?”

Well, they’ve ditched a lot of the most intrusive types of ads and slide-shows are gone. I’m happy with that.

There was a place like that when I was at PSU in the early 80s. Near the ‘Skeller? My girlfriends & I would go out with 2 bucks & 2 dimes in our pocket. 1 buck to chip in for a case of Rolling Rock, 1 for the pizza, the dimes for a pay phone in case you needed to call home.

Writers, music, all KINDS of licensing. We’re seeing fallout now of agreements made for dvd/reruns, not streaming.

It’s one reason Northern Exposure isn’t streaming yet, and why its DVDs are a travesty - they subbed out music that would’ve been too expensive. N.E. had one of the best tv soundtracks of the 90s.

My dogs would have those “hacks” undone in 5 minutes, and I’d be back to throws all over the house again.

I don’t care about a video, because I know most cooking techniques. Videos are clickbait.
