The film isn’t about her. You dont force agenda on the cost of a story of an entire franchise! They gave her what she deserved.

Do you think she should have undermined Tony’s sacrifice? Even though the movie was basically about him as the primary main character?
Or it’s because the film is not actually even remotely about her in any way, due to the fact that it is about the characters that have been tent-poles to the MCU for the last 11 years, the actor’s of which contracts were up so having a big finale movie to retire them and send them off with arc resolution was the plan,…
Can’t get in the way of Tony’s sacrifice, I guess.... :eyeroll:
This is where you went too far. It’s not chauvinism or misogyny to have a female character care about or sacrifice for another character merely because they’re a male, especially if it isn’t a strong pattern you can realistically define instead of just cherry-picking at bits of detail here and there.
I knew that the think pieces were coming eventually, but from a narrative standpoint the focus of the movie just made the most sense the way they did it.
I have no idea how you can possibly describe anything I said as being an ass. Like, none. I have no idea where this kind of hostility comes from.
Plus, Nebula was fucking great throughout the entire movie and got one of the more interesting character arcs in a Marvel flick.
OK, someone please help me out. Does Red Skull ever say that you need to lose that which you love “MOST”? Or it just that you have to lose that which you love? The point being that if you can’t love anything, you don’t deserve the Soul Stone. Because I feel like a lot of the Black Widow/Hawkeye thing makes sense if…
Exactly, if they had sidelined the original Avengers there would be a similar article about that. There is literally no winning with fandoms.
I know that I have a different perspective on this, and am not here to minimize a person’s feelings on the matter, but this hostility feels misplaced. Endgame was here to serve as a conclusion to a narrative arc, not to build up new characters. The hostility should be in the fact that Marvel hasn’t done enough…
Any professional golfer or professional caddy or any good friend of either knows how the gig works and wouldn’t think twice about paying out the standard 10% cut. You stiff a caddy on the Tour and you’ll be lucky if you pick one up at the next stop. I guess you don’t tip in bars or restaurants either, especially if…
Here’s a cold take: go fuck yourself.
First he was a replacement caddy
