I can understand the feeling about MI: 2 but if you haven’t seen 3-6, I suggest giving them a shot. Phillip Seymour Hoffman is the baddie in 3 and he’s great. 4-6 have good stories and the actors really play well off each other, and the stunts, obviously, are amazing.

I’m willing to bet it was loud in the bar with people talking and if you have music going too, it’s very possible he didn’t hear the shot if it was a small caliber weapon or just assumed it was a vehicle backfiring.

Well it’s not automatically a felony. It all depends on if the bar has the 51% sign up and if it’s located in a visible location at the entrance.

I’d say 95% of the bars here in Texas don’t. They rely on the 51% sign. It’s for businesses that make 51% or more of their profits from the sale of alcohol.
