I don’t see how it could even crack the top 1000 ugliest cars on CL.

If it wasn’t aggressively pink, it wouldn’t look that bad! Done up in a better livery, more along the lines of 50's Indy cars, it would be one fun hot rod:

I’m still not seeing how it’s the ugliest car on Craigslist. This car looks badass, even in pink. Much prettier than 70-80's beige Olds/Buick sedans.

That’s all a part of the 5 year plan, comrade. As you are party member, you get the GAZ instead of Lada.

Don’t worry -- you’re ever forgiven.

Oh snap! That’s what I get for trying to find something different than what Getty Images has. I was wondering why it looked a bit different and chalked it up me being tired. Oof.

Q. What do you call a giant ship immovably stuck on a solar-scale orbital ring?

In other words, the Other Given.

Egypt has impounded the boat so they get the five RTX 3090s onboard to sell on eBay. Street value exceeds the $1 billion they want.

I don’t mean to always be a Tesla hater, but they make it incredibly easy. When my wife and I were getting quotes for solar panels, we briefly thought about BIPV. (That’s “Building integrated photovoltaic” for those of you who aren’t hip to all the modern green lingo. We’ve very woke. Anyway...)

How bad do people want to say that they have a Tesla roof that they’re not getting similar contractual language?

Are you me?  Same boat, word for word.

Oh man, I was so mad when this happened. I had a 2004 GTO and would have immediately bought this if they had done it rather than the Transformers mobile

The average lifespan of a solar cell is 25-30 years, after that point they’ve lost enough capacity that you’re better off replacing them. So the 27 year payoff will line up nearly perfectly with having to replace them all again and be stuck with another payment.

Not in production yet, just hoping Elon Musk comes down off what ever he’s taking before it does:

This:

Non-refundable. I don’t usually have that much tax liability but I took some gains on index funds I’d bought in 2012 to pay part of the panel price.

27 years to get all the money back (not counting interest on the loan since I assume he was paying cash) that being said as it’s a permanent home improvement it raises the value of the home itself pretty steeply to have a fancy new roof and battery backup system so it might not be as crazy as it looks (my roof is

I’ll meet to half way at wrong engine but the Prowler is fucking cool.

So, it’s like if you go faster, you know, it’s just like you discover these things. If we knew them in advance, we’d fix them in advance.
