Because I have no desire to learn it and really shouldn't need to.
Because I have no desire to learn it and really shouldn't need to.
4 years is a lot of stuff...hard decision to make on your end I guess.
Surya, I am sure it is...but with full time day job teaching 4th graders I already work 70 hours a week...no time to learn. But I DO like to write in my spare time on the weekends and evenings.
Your camera is TOO CUTE! Very nice work.
I would say crochet is equally as good! I do both, but lately am actually preferring crochet...either one is relaxing to me though.
So, is HTML knowledge a MUST? I love to write and often think I have story ideas that would fit well on here...but I'm a teacher by day, not a programmer.
I have the same sanction on myself. Just the other day a colleague mentioned a to do app I hadn't heard of and instinctively I wanted to check it out and "test it", but I shall restrain myself. Any.do might not be perfect, but it IS keeping me on track with what I need to get done and that's the whole point right?
JordanAT it's very easy to switch. I had a few files in One Note before I really started using Evernote and I was able to easily export them into Evernote with no trouble. I will say that both programs make exporting from one to the other easy.
I wish all stores would do away with the rewards programs...why should I have to be a member just to get a discount? They can just as easily track what people are buying by...wait for it...seeing what products are SELLING!
Santhosh, I've tried about 99% of them, but not yet heard of the one you mentioned. After trying and installing/uninstalling I've pretty much settled on any.do. But of course now I want to try doit.im since you mentioned it. This can easily become an obsession so I'm gonna just put it on my "check out later" list…
Can't believe people actually spend time researching something this darn stupid.
I do this in Evernote via a running "master to do list" which I review nightly as part of my planning for the following day, or when I have a few spare minutes but can't tackle one of the items on my daily to do list for some reason or another.
We share endless amounts of different tips, tricks, and "life hacks" for increasing your productivity, but at a certain point, it becomes too much and you spend more time hacking your to-do list than you actually spend doing stuff. If that sounds like you, then it's time to revisit how you manage your to-do list.
No questions, just a comment. You have so many great suggestions on articles to read, thanks for sharing. Just saved all the ones I like to Pocket and I will be busy through out the week reading them all! Love me some Lifehacker!
Oh, and I never listen to voicemails.
I use them for extra padding on the dividers in my horse trailer :)
What a timely article as I am still struggling to find the right cross platform to do app for my needs. I have an iphone, but use an android tablet and a macbook pro for work and a windows laptop at home, so a crossplatform app is a MUST for me. I tested google keep but it's not available for iOS and was just too…
After I read this article today I checked it out and you are right...not been keeping up with the competition.
Been a while so thought I would give Springpad a try...still don't care for it. Too clunky of an interface and too much focus on pretty stuff...it's distracting.
I love Evernote and Evernote food for this. I know your article said Springpad does a better app when clipping recipes from the web, but the Evernote web clipper has ALWAYS recognized when I am clippng recipes and files them in the proper notebook for me. I just love having the recipe at my fingertips at the store…
