I actually downloaded this and tried it and it’s really not any different than the regular google calendar, which if you set it up correctly is not all that cluttered. Uninstalling as I just don’t see much of a point.

apps launcher is still there, I use it daily.

Having been a premium user for almost 10 years now this makes a hard pill to swallow that I’m going to have to pay 40% more to renew my premium membership. I’m toying with possibly changing over to One Note.

Seriously...people need to be told to do this? Probably the same people that need to be told NOT to use their blowdryer in the bathtub and thus the reason for those stupid warnings on products. Just common sense folks!

Great comparison! Given the challenges Evernote has been having as a company, I recently “tested” and played with One Note a bit to see if it would be a good replacement in the hopefully unlikely event that Evernote was to fold. I did see some benefits to it, especially for college students and recommended it to my

I think it said at the bottom of article they were an art director...if so a regular camera might be helpful. But for the average person like me...my smartphone camera works perfectly.

At that price I couldn’t afford the pens to go in it...would have to steal them from my doctor’s office!

Ditto what Tyler said as a quick check of my google drive storage shows I am NOT maximizing my usage like I probably could be.

And who wants to be tied to Microsoft these days anyway with so many other options? Not moi!

Google's competing cloud storage has a bit of home field advantage. Google was already home to a lot of your data before it ever started syncing folders on your desktop. While the company offers some promos that can give you extra space beyond the default 15GB, there are a lot more tricks that you can use to upload

The Ninja cooking system is the only slow cooker allowed in my house anymore. It's replaced a slow cooker, griddle and electric skillet in my house and also does a better job than my oven! Check it out...totally worth the money. http://www.ninjakitchen.com/ninja-cooking-…

I just learned of this method yesterday. I was at Staples wnd looking at the Moleskine rack as I have been wanting to try out one of the Evernote Moleskine notebooks. There was another woman looking too, as nd she asked me "So do you bullet journal too?" . I answered "No" and went on my way with my Evernote Moleskine.

THIS ONE IS GENIUS! Just tried it and I love it! No getting distracted by all the crap in the inbox...just type up a new email and send it off! Awesome!

Didn't work when I tried it.

Probably should update this now that Springpad is no more.

Ditto on the Chromebook. I just bought one over the summer and it is pretty much replaced my traditional windows laptop.

I am a 4th grade teacher and I can't tell you why we don't teach enough if these skills at elementary level...STANDARDIZED TESTING! Here in Texas there is SOOOO much emphasis on getting them to pass the STAAR test there is simply no time for anything else and our kids our suffering. Very sad state of affairs.

I like the concept. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Going to go check it out now and see if it might work for me.

No one is making you try it. I"m happy Lifehacker told me about it as I didn't know it existed. That being said I'm going to thoroughly check it out MYSELF before giving it my data. Why rely on someone else to tell you it's trustworthy? In this day and age you can do the research yourself and make those decisions

Interesting tool! Gonna check it out right now. We use google apps pretty heavily at work and I have just started using it for my personal stuff when I bought a chromebook this summer.
