It’s a touch Lord of the Flies and a smidge 70's horror flick and another smidge Japanese battle Royale type deal with a tiny bit of typical high school drama and scary forest in there too. I think an argument could be made that Hideo needs to reign in his spending or at least be able to get better at estimating cost. That’s just business. So Konami cutting off the franchise seems to make sense.
