This seems like the car that fills a place for people who wanted the “big-whoosh” of the old WRX and Evo. There’s nothing wrong with these modern hot compacts, but the thing that made them fun is usually refined out.

Can this bike handle being dropped? I am not trying to be a jerk because I know you crashed on one. I just alway think with a bike like this I would want to push the limits but would be afraid I would drop it. Whereas if I was riding a DRZ I would be less afraid because it is not so expensive

Really well said, Sean. I will say having gear I can trust has improved my riding by giving me the confidence that comes from knowing I won’t lose all my skin. Also I agree on the gentle coaching when it comes to bikes, my 110-lb friend learned the hard way that a fully-loaded Harley isn’t the easiest thing to move
