Well, if the fram is a baddie, you can use a AC Delco(PF48 i think..) or motorcraft(FL836?), bosch, K&N, etc. They sell them the same size as the 10060, but Im not sure of the part cross reference.

Good Tip: A Fram 10060, aka the filter for the modern chevy truck motors is small and goes right on there with no fuss. I did this after one of my motor mounts began to collapse, and never looked back.
