I went thru midterms this week without shouting or throwing anything or even weeping in the car much! Two tests on Thursday, one of them was an online test so I already got my result. I raised my grade in that class by a whole letter, and didn’t that shock the shit out of me! I hate that class!

I stood up to my boss and didn’t let him give credit for 2 years of my work to a grad student. He finally agreed but only at the urging of the graduate student. Good to know that at least the grad students here respect me.

I made reservations for my annual trip to NYC in May, where I attend the alumni reunion at the first school I taught at (a school that *refused to admit* Donald Trump’s spawn, btw, despite their attempts to buy their way in). I love connecting with my former students there. Been going since ‘05.
