Thanks for the kind words - it’s good to get some answers, no matter what. I’ve downloaded some books, and the ones I think will be the most helpful are The Adrenal Reset Diet and other hormonal/clean eating ones. If they don’t help, I’ll find a nutritionist who specializes in this stuff.

Oddly, I have found a fair amount of shirts at the Holy Triumvirate of discount stores - TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, and ROSS. I’m a 36D and have found a lot of really great shirts in their “knit tops” sections. My work wardrobe typically consists of black/dark palazzo pants and a knit top from one of those stores.
