I just bought a '13 Abarth the other day. Leather and premium wheels for $19K. MSRP was above $26K.
At 32 seconds, just after the second bridge, you see a prominent, bright yellow sign showing 10'5". The white sign above was a second (and apparently, final) warning.
Nightmare fuel.
The Abarths include hill assist, which backstops the car when you engage first gear on an incline. Basically it gives you 2-3 seconds to get underway, so hills become trivial (and frankly, they really aren't that hard to begin with). Get the M/T Abarth. The car rewards every shift with its incredible exhaust note.
So much this. If I wanted to wallow around, I'd have purchased a 500 and saved a few thousand bucks.

Absolutely untrue. All two engine aircraft are required to be able to take off on a single engine should an engine fail above V1 (the speed at which an airplane can no longer safely abort a takeoff).
