I do love that they seem to be advertising this as "Stranger Things 2". Something about that just feels so right.

Just large human-sized monsters.

But… He posted a selfie on Instagram doing the Breaking Bad tour in Albuquerque! And Steve Gomez seemed to be there with him, which led to some speculation of Hank returning. But anyway, my point was that he seemed to enjoy that he used to be on BB.

He uses his creepiness to sell cereal! (He actually said that)

They strongly hinted at it when he asked something along the lines of "What do you want?" and the scene cut to Faith saying "sex".

Since you mentioned visuals and Hannibal… This episode did make me think of that show. I loved the way they showed Eurus' smoking gun throughout the episode whenever someone mentioned death, and we were led to believe it was the gunshot that killed Mary. Hannibal foreshadowed major events "in plain sight" the same

Isn't that the third song with the word "black" in it? I thought that was the clue we were supposed to get from that. :p

If the timeline theory is correct, I'm pretty sure the confusing aspect of the show is deliberate. Like they said in this episode, the hosts "remember" things by actually experiencing them again. That to me seems like the biggest clue so far, and I'm not even sure if I'm buying that theory.

I said the same thing last week. Durand has the charm Negan should have, but he's not "handsome" like JDM so he could not be considered cute when he's being a complete d*ck (I think my girlfriend is actually in love). He could totally pull off the comedic side of the character and I'd still loathe him. And yes, he was

"Look at THAT! Look at THIS!"

That's not just a problem in season 3. Remember how much they loved Noah after his face was ripped apart? Heck, even in this episode they couldn't stop talking about Denise. There was not even the slightest hint that Rosita was in denial about Abraham or Glenn - she just forgot to mention them.

I'm pretty sure branching away from the initial gimmick is what LOST did wrong according to many in the later seasons. They got rid of the flashbacks halfway through the show and even did some episodes that didn't feature on one person at all.

That's what Regina should have been calling it all along, since her "happy ending" is already dead now.

The split-screen sleeping curse scene was one of the most creative things the show has done in the last few years. Still, I couldn't help but think "um, shouldn't you be trying to solve this thing?". They were basically having a lazy Sunday together!

Damon Lindelof did an Exposé commercial while Emilie de Ravin's character talked about a book featuring a magical island.

Awesome!

It was confusing. I think they did the "zooming out to reveal hologram" thing twice before showing that the lab etc. were actually in the same "world".

The great thing about The Leftovers is that, aside from the Departure mystery, most of the questions do get answered if you pay close attention / rewatch the seasons. At times, entire storylines appear to play out fully on TV or radio in the background, like the Australian man who came back to life (most likely the

No worries, I'm not a bee! I'll admit that it's personal taste, especially since I haven't seen a lot of sci-fi (though I have seen a lot of television in general), so I wouldn't know how Fringe would rank among the other stuff. Of course I do realize that the ideas it used were not originally from the show itself.

Still waiting for the inevitable spinoff "Stuff The Walking Thangs".
