I'm starting to get way too invested in this show. I am so afraid they'll screw it up and all the ambiguous plotlines will be resolved in a flat and disappointing way  . . .

How can you say it's "quite good"? So far it's excellent! And I'm not going to start speculating about what could go wrong. Let's be optimistic here and just say: this is very good news!

I think the show has made it pretty clear that Brody knows about the relationship. And I think he shot that deer specifically in order to give Jessica a reason to throw him out. I think he's come to the conclusion that he can't be the husband she deserves (though he still loves her). I'm not quite sure why he isn't

HA! I was about to point this out, too! We talk about Carrie, Virgil, David, Saul, Jessica, Mike, Dana and Chris but for Nicholas Brody, it's always Brody. I actually had to look up his first name on IMDB to type this! It's like House where everybody is on first-name terms but everyone calls Gregory House just House.

This! Agree a 100%. You wrote exactly what I wanted to write! ;o)

Yes, totally forgot about that! Todd: what was the line?

You really don't get what this show is about, do you?

Just a theory:

Loving the show so far. Agree on Virgil being very entertaining. But I think the 2 leads are fantastic!
