This is a good episode, not sure if it's 'great'. Season 4 is my favorite, overall season but that doesn't mean there aren't any clunkers. Not that this is a clunker, but there are a few where I'm like: "Eh, could be better".

I was only 9 at the time when this came out (Christ I feel old now) but I remember the controversy over the April Fool's episode.

Felt the same way. The parents did a poor job of raising their kid….If it was legal I'd let the dog parent the kid while the actual parents go to jail.
