I might be remembering this wrong, but I'm pretty sure the (maybe) Horn of Winter was found by Mance Rayder (or his people); I don't recall a horn among the dragonglass.

Roose Bolton mentions Ramsay Snow (not by name—"my bastard son") as someone who can retake Winterfell in place of Robb. So we may yet see him in some capacity.
