Shouldn't the whole point of an intuitive and natural OS design be that it requires no explaining?

This! I completely disagree. XB1 controller wins this. It improves so much more from the 'godly' xbox360.

1. Larger range of motion with the sticks.
2. The grip make it much easier and nicer to use the stick.
