Most machines are designed to fit through a ~30" wide door (granted you might need to disassemble it a bit), DDR is no exception turn it sideways and the cabinet is only 30" wide. The biggest problem is the height. It's easily the tallest machine in my collection at 88" tall. It barely clears my ceiling.

I feel really bad about this but my first though after reading the article was "Maybe some of those rare Japanese arcade parts I've been looking for will finally pop up on YAJ".

I have a DDR Extreme machine in my basement, I highly recommend it... always a hit at parties.

It comes down to popularity. How fast things get emulated is directly related to the number of people willing to put time and energy into emulating it... Sony has a huge community of PS2 fans and that translates into a larger community of people interested in working on PS2 emulation.

I actually watched the movie first, it was the first anime that I watched and actually enjoyed and it prompted me to watch the series and lead me to find lots of other anime that I enjoy. Cowboy Bebop is still one of my favorites though.

One of the coolest things about the show is all the episodes are named with a

I actually figured out the exact episode placement of the movie at one point... I completely forget now but but I think if you've got the US releases DVDs it slots in just before the last disc.

There is definitely a specific placement as the last few episodes of the series are kind of an "end game" that only work

I hate arcade monitor burn-in there is nothing you can do to fit it other than just replace the tube... and those things are getting harder and harder to find all the time.

As the owner of a Projector I find this argument invalid.

How is this machine anymore than a facelift from than the current Gundamn Pod machines?

The Arcade I used to work at in Weirs Beach, NH had one... I'm pretty sure it's still there. They're only open in the summer though.

That stupid thing used to break all the time. Really fun when it was working though.

I used to love this game back in the day but the controls were always difficult, I wonder if it's compatible with my 3D mouse... that'd be pretty sweet.

Everyone is hating on KI but I'm interested to see how it plays at this level... from what I've played it doesn't seem like there's much depth to the gameplay but then again I thought the same thing about MK9 until I saw it at EVO.

At this point I'm a bit sad to see no MK9 on the list, I've really enjoyed watching that

Glad he finally got it done, when I still owned one he was still trying to figure out how to make it work. looks like he swapped in a complete trooper computer, it seems strange to me that it works with the TOD system despite the fact that the trooper didn't come with TOD.

I owned a vehicross for a number of years and did quite a bit of research on a 5-speed swap using trooper equipment, unfortunately the VX ECM wont run properly without valid data from the transmission, and the fuel setup and sensors on the VX's 3.5L are different enough from the Trooper that you can't just drop in a

I owned one of these (same color and everything) for a couple of years... I think I paid $4500 for it. When I decided to get rid of it no one wanted it and I ended up having to sell it on eBay for $3500 and ship it to another state.

Granted mine didn't have a Super Charger and about 20K more miles but I'd still say

You're right on the expensive part but they didn't make them in a stick-shift... sadly

They didn't make them in a stick-shift... sadly

I haven't played it but from everything I've seen/read about the game it seem that most of the problems could be solved by simply introducing hordes of zombies into the game... I would think that there should be enough of the undead around that you'd neglect griefing people to conserve ammo/encourage you to team up

I like that idea just so I could rename it to "computer" and then feel like I'm on Star Trek.

I was a Kickstarter backer because I liked the concept of the console.

After I got it I was disapointed with the crappy wireless connectivity for both the controllers and the network and most of the games were pretty crap with a few decent titles..
