@lightninglouie: It's you unreal fans that ruin it for the rest of us /sarcasm

If the dual-weilded magic is similar to the system emloyed in Fables III I'll be a very happy chappy...

@cortexiphansession: I decided that you were clearly and Argentine affecting an American dialect of indeterminate geography.

Here in Britain they're called "fizzy drinks" (saying soda-pop means you likely just stepped out of an Enid Blyton novel) though mammy dearest informs me that back in Glasgow there's a whole different setup...

@zark169: I doubt it, here in the UK at least, there's a strong class division that even extends to what kind of slang one uses, and if there's one thing that even the internet can't kill it's British class insecurity

I fail to see how videos of vamps illicitly draining folk could possibly have a greater impact than Russel Edgington ripping a dude's spine out and gesticulating with it on a live news programme... I love TB but methinks the whole YouTube angle's just there to try and seem 21st century...

@corpore-metal: It's funny, during the heyday of the British Empire's overseas ass-kickery (late 19th century) one of the most popular forms of literature among the working classes were invasion stories, usually invloving the French or Russians occupuying the Home Counties and boy scouts (or whoever) resisting,

@SG-17: you forgot the lack of women's, ethnic minority and gay rights...

@Daveinva: except the other major argument against America ever being likely to become communist (at least, that we mention here in Europe) is that unlike nations like China and Russia, Americans often see the government as broadly bad/invasive, which means that a Communist revolution would have a harder time getting

@mekki: But they're more readily understandable- I know people here in the UK who watch programmes like Taggart with subtitles because they can't understand Glaswegians, the same applies with people from the Valleys or Tyneside- lots of outsiders just plain don't understand them.

@Mizri: It was pretty epic when she flushes Talot- in a somewhat terrifying way...

@mekki: though the range of accents within the US is nothing on the UK, look up a Sunderland accent on youtube...

@maggeimerc: Zen was very cool and Sewell was just epic

@dnwilliams: except their endless attempts at being edgy are rather tiring... I'm looking at you Tramadol Nights

@Eddard: This is Britain- the God angle is really, really unlikely (I know Life on Mars did it but even that was ambiguous as to which god)

Re: True Blood

Yay!!!! that is all.
