I get about 14/15 mpg in my 3.0L v6 diesel Sprinter. The job is hell on vehicles.  Glad I don’t have to pay for any of it.

I’ll agree with your Upstate NY remark. Lived there my whole live and drive for a living and for the most part people are very courteous to each other. My one complaint is the amount of people going 10+ under the speed or riding in the passing lane while the right lane is empty.

I always put my doors on to go wheeling. Here it’s all muddy trails so I’d rather keep that on the outside of a vehicle I still daily drive. So the mirrors staying on the body is a selling point to keep me legal out of the box for on road driving vs having to go aftermarket like I did with my JK.

Yep same reason my Wrangler is always unlocked. Cheaper to replace what’s inside, a snow broom and CB radio, than buy a whole new soft top.
