I agree that anyone publishing the pics is gross and wrong, given her age especially. But you make it sound like this was a situation where someone nefariously stuck a camera up her skirt, and what I'm saying is that she wasn't even wearing a skirt in the first place, and the pics were taken while she was performing,

It wasn't "under her skirt". It wasn't even a skirt/dress— it was fucking tight lingerie with garters, 100% not appropriate for a 15 year old to be wearing, and she was up on a raised stage at Warped tour or something akin to that. It wasn't the photographer's fault that he had the same view of her crotch as

Yeah-I mean whether or not they should have published the shot is another thing, but she was on stage. They weren't trying to get an "up the skirt" shot. They took a normal pic of her performing (which is from slightly below because she's on stage.) Even is she hadn't been wearing a tampon WHO LET THAT 15 YEAR OLD

WTFs man, is making unsound arguments a pre-requisite for some on this site?

They replace "Happy Birthday, Jimmy," "Eh, You're Mediocre; Hope Your Birthday is, Too."

I totally agree with you but but but... your comment kind of reminded me of this:

Please read my other responses downthread. My opinion is that the civil rights laws are absolutely just and necessary, and also that the first people who take advantage of them are quite courageous. I am just not one of these people. I am a weenie. My hat's off to them.

It's like, "do these people live in the REAL WORLD?" Are they under a fucking rock? Have they had jobs elsewhere? Almost every place I have ever worked, there has been a person whose politics I have disagreed with or religion I thought was insane. However, I don't go around telling people what they can and can't do.

This is how I feel about pharmacists who refuse to sell plan-b. It's their job to hand fill and over what a doctor calls in, it's not their job to provide moral guidance. If they didn't like the rules, they shouldn't have picked the job.

No self-respecting cat would ever lower itself to marry its servant. So we never have to worry about that.

This COULD have been a thoughtful piece on what happens when a parent is stretched to their limits. Schools rarely enforce zero-tolerance bullying policies, the other child's parents don't give a shit and your kid is constantly coming home bruised, battered and hysterical. What is a parent supposed to do when they've

Tell me. About it.

It's laughable. Someone feels like if they didn't believe in God they'd go on an unstoppable murder/robbery spree, and yet somehow believe they have the moral high ground over everybody else? Uh huh...

Attention my fellow ignorant Americans: Our country was not founded on Christianity. Our laws are not based on the ten commandments. I repeat: THIS COUNTRY WAS NOT FOUNDED AS A THEOCRACY, WITH LAWS BASED ON A RELIGIOUS BOOK. Fuck! Why can't people get this shit straight????

"Did she think..."

Yeah Poor Sophia living in a world where her folks throw her a fun-ass tie dye party and are nice and fair and invite all the neighborhood kids, even the religious whackadoo's son just in case they'd feel slighted if he wasn't invited.

Shit, she's gonna be a mess, having fun, learning good manners, wearing the shit

I only watch two shows consistently. Parenthood is one of them. I thought that "Friday Night Lights" was one of the finest written shows in the history of television. It's a great tie in for both of the shows. Now, if they would just get Tsylor Kitsch on "Parenthood" as Tim Riggins that would be great.

Watch Friday Night Lights and drink a beer every time Tim Riggins does!

I really can't take you seriously if the opening line of your 15 page dissertation is "I'm a man and honestly enjoy women with extra fat because in a relationship they're snuggly." Cool story bro. Thanks for showing up and telling us about your penis feelings. I hope you find that perfect woman who is FIT and also
