I work in schools too and everything you are saying is so true. Plus, I often find that the "popularity" bullies experience is simply fear - kids are afraid not to be their "friend" and risk being on the receiving end of the bullying. I can't recall seeing too many healthy friendships between bullies and other kids.

I was thinking the same thing. This concept is certainly not new, there have been lots of books, etc. about where we are failing boys, especially in teaching them to deal w/their emotions. But a shot in the arm never hurts!
