Why does it have to be so complicated? They are an unlicensed taxi service. Shut them down because they have run afoul of laws we already have for unlicensed taxis. What they are doing is not new, it’s just done on the internet under false premises.

If you are a contract employee bill the hours you work. These assholes don’t get it both ways. If they want to abuse you like this at least make them pay salary and provide benefits for when you stroke out at your desk (have seen it happen).
