They’re absolutely buying CAFE credits. They don’t make enough hybrids and definitely don’t sell enough to meet CAFE quotas. But as long as people keep buying jeeps and rams, FCA can afford to buy them.

Also, to bring things full circle, FCA is double screwed because they don’t sell anything in large numbers that is fuel efficient.
