For all the hand-wringing and hyperbole over “Communism” in America, Conservatives love to engage in this Stalin-level cult of personality propaganda with Trump (and Musk, while we’re at it). It’s such a strange power fantasy to dress up a badly overweight and elderly billionaire as some sort of superhero.

The description of the Trump character looks more like Homelander than Superman, which is quite suitable.

very this. i could see why some folks enjoy the game, especially if you look past many of its frustration design decisions, but it was mediocre at best imo and that should be more than fine. no need for conspiracy theories about why it didn’t do better. accept that it’s mid, move on, and try to do better next time

So the game is about as good as I remembered hearing. I mean bland games come out all the time, and you set yourself up for mediocre success if you don't do anything to set your game apart from the other 30 that came out that year and were similar.

Yea the guy had some demons, but the few times I met him at cons he was always fans first and was really personable. 

His brother passed away at an early age. Seems like something he carried with him for a long time. He was also recently divorced and his step daughter committed suicide in 2021.
