Cold brew concentrate is a huge time saver. It’s never going to be as good as hot brewed stuff with fancy beans, but even cheap beans can be turned into something totally serviceable with nothing but a gallon pitcher, cheap grinder and a ‘nut milk’ bag off of Amazon.

Auto-belays are far from dangerous if you know what you’re doing. At most gyms, you have to literally climb past a gate to take off without having clipped it into something, and it’s pretty hard to fail to clip it to your belay loop. You’re still more likely to get killed at a trampoline park than on an autobelay.

Bruh, I feels you. My ‘91 16v GLI just before I sold her with 220K miles in 2000. LOVED that car. Replaced it with a 16v GTI a year later that turned out to be a real turd and never held a candle to this one.
On paper? About 20-30 horsepower. But in real life? Holy shit they were entirely different cars. The the 16v motors revved like mad and were just magical feeling.
This doesn’t tick all the boxes because it’s a fucking 8v digifart car. They were total dogs and L-jet is THE WORST.

The 20V I5 turbo in the early s-cars was amazingly reliable. My dad’s ‘91 200TQ and UrS6 were both more reliable than their non-S brothers and sisters (we owned a LOT of audis growing up).
