We're probably the same age range. I routinely went to one or more malls every weekend in the 80s. It's so much easier to browse and buy online. I don't have the energy or ambition to run from mall to mall anymore. And who needs malls with free shipping and returns?

Word. Sorry, she has reached Lena Dunham levels of overrated. I guess our education system is so bad that everyone fawns all over a teenager who can string a sentence together? Whatever. Get off my lawn, people.

I live where she lives and we shop at the same resale shop...she's a little brat in real life.

I hope you re-think this when you get a serving job.

Your parents taught you incorrectly. Tip for standard service is 15%-20%. Servers make a fraction of minimum wage and rely on tips. If you don't want to support that system (and some people choose not to), don't go to a restaurant where you're expected to tip.

I will never not profoundly miss Six Feet Under.

I know I'm not the only one who feels this —— I'm so over this Tavi kid.

YEAH THEY FUCKING ARE.

I'm pretty sure EVERYONE is going to the mall less. Shit's overpriced, and most of the malls near me have lost at least one anchor store in the last few years.

I'm 60, but that stuff's not for me!!

I'll bet she's still renting it from Ma Bell too... Well, she's in Canada, so Pa Maple or whatever they call the phone company up dere, eh?

I hated numbers with zeros. And forget attempting to be the X number caller on any radio show contest. Dialing was a b!tch.

Is that like an iPhone for your house?

Last year a house across the street from me was sold that hadn't been redecorated since the 1940s.

florals and nautical are a thing every year

Yeah, I'm not into it at all. Honestly, I don't like any of these clothes much.

Beardy beard beard beardness. This is fucking terrible. What douches.

I'm just not sipping the kool-aide of the whole "adorkable" retro-quirky gimmick. However her voice is lovely.

But you're not driving your kids around in a car that is thousands of miles from help. The police, paramedics, hospitals are all very close by if something happens in a car.

i feel like there's a fine line between stupidity and negligence, and it's usually a bad consequence. if the baby had died of dehydration, they 100% would be facing criminal negligence and manslaughter charges. just because nobody is dead doesn't mean their behavior wasn't risky and endangering.
