As someone who really likes the Civilization series, I feel like this won’t make too much headway. Gameplay is far too slow to make an appetizing e-sport, at least that’s my gut feeling.

Jezebel is that <- way

I feel like this is so on the nose though. It’s almost satirical. It sells because it IS so over the top. And if you didn’t agree you wouldn’t have lured people to the article (yea, I dun got lured) with gifs of girls duking it out with their butts.

“What I don’t understand is why, despite cultural differences, a lot of American anime fans see Keijo!!!!!!!! and laugh it off, unmoved that, in this show, women are valued at the sum total of their body parts.”

I love this man and I support his work

Whenever I look around and see the current state of politics, especially on the internet and in gaming, be it from the alt right or the extreme left, and see the judging and all the “with us or against us” mentalities, I always think back to Ultima 5 and it’s warning on the dangers of moral absolutism. While it’ll be necessary to follow this case as more and more findings are presented by both sides, Valve is a corporation (a privately-held one anyway), so it’s not that hard to believe that some portion of their management might engage in this behavior. The fact that they’re a darling of video gaming doesn’t change

I guess I’ll be that guy:

You kinda missed his most important point, though.

Obligatory it’s okay to murder countless people but sex is bad post.

Sorry prude. :)

I think companies need to be penalized for reporting false flags. That is the only way this kind of things are less likely to happen.
