Yep. Same here. I’m in absolutely NO hurry to get another phone.

Almost lost my coffee. Touche!
“Thank you for contacting LG, we’re glad you are enjoying your new device! Have a great day!”
Yea, I’ m not sure what was going on with your battery issue. I also unfortunately experienced the boot-loop issue. They sent me a new phone right away, and it has worked perfectly ever since. And my phone lasts like 2 days if its not being used heavily. If you are using your phone any normal amount, the screen is…
I have an LG G4 and at this point I see no point in getting a new phone until it dies. Everything about the phone works fine. It looks great. battery is great. And its removable. Removable storage. Nothing revolutionary is being done with new phones.
I think at this point, between absolute trash reviews like this and the majority of bull shit written by Alex, you guys have lost the majority of your credibility as a tech site/blog.
lol. I don’t want a phone with gimmicks. Really there hasn’t been single significant advance in smartphones...since well the 1st iphone...I mean really. I just want a phone that’s not priced like a fucking full fledged PC. Give me a 4.7 screen, 5000mah battery, solid build quality, and a good camera. I don’t need…
Whatever you say, Donald. ;)
They made ZERO mention of the DAC on the G6 which is one of the best features on my V20.
I am confused. My wife has an LG G4 and I have a Droid Turbo 2. She had to have her phone replaced for the boot loop issue but LG customer service was efficient and got us a new phone extremely quickly. Besides that her phone has been stellar. Meanwhile my Droid Turbo 2 has not needed to be replaced but it’s the…
What is there to get used to?
This is a garbage review - are you kidding me? There’s not point of reference, WHY are the other phones better? I come away from this review with 2 things: the screen should be 16:9 instead of 18:9 (with the only evidence being that most video is shot in 16:9... - nevermind that this phones biggest competitor has a…
Pixel has clunky hardware? Wattt?
Simple. No gimmicks. This is exactly why I bought the G6.
Seriously, I can’t read this shit. So, the LG G5 was apparently too gimmicky, and therefore was a disaster. The LG G6 is not gimmicky enough, so is therefore boring. Wow, ok. Did you even use this phone for an entire day? The article about Uranus smelling like ass-gas was more in depth than this garbage.
Addendum: I even have Google Assitant on my LG G4. And that little guy is getting really long in the tooth for a phone.
Where are the relevant bits?
Does it kept the removable battery, the SD card slot and is the bootloader unlockable? Thats actually all the reasons I bought my current G4. (skipped the G5 to avoid downgrading the screen-to-body ratio)
I was just waiting to check those details on the G6 to decide on geting a V20 or…
Yet most videos are shot in the traditional 16:9 aspect ratio, meaning the video is not wide or long enough to fill the LG G6’s larger screen. In my week testing the device, I never really got used to the borders.
Samsung S8 has a 18.5:9 ratio, must be amazing, LG has a “weird 18:9 aspect ratio”, hard to get used to and rubbish...
Ok. Yeah. Sure.
