I have the edition with the dark green cover. I have made the wild rice and mushroom pilaf from it at least twice. Though it is a PITA, what with having to soak the dried mushrooms and save the soaking liquid, and cooking both rice types separately. But you are rewarded with a classy side dish.

I’m not really digging the doodle though. Seems a little too cartoony to me.

Along those same lines, I make my own granola. Well, I buy a very plain granola that is no salt/no sugar (and $1.62/lb, up from $1.48-bloody cheek!). To that I add sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, and dried cranberries.

You missed the obvious:  plain cheerios with honey nut.

Not for EU citizens, but you need to be resident or have a good reason to go. And even then you’ll need to quarantine for 2 weeks (Italy, apparently 10 days for Switzerland) so it better be a long stay to justify it.
