If Trump has a habit of wandering off at 2 am, make sure all the doors are unlocked and he’s put to bed in full black PJs including a balaclava.

This is how N. Korea will get us, too. Send one nuke. Trump will be all like “One? Really? How about we knock it out of the sky with 36 anti-missile missiles?”. And we do. And then N. Korea sends a second missile and Trump says “We don’t have any more? Ok, I’m going golfing.”

Bannon wrote down “Ron” on the note cards because Bannon’s mad at Ryan for not breaking healthcare.

Awesome! I so wish my kids weren’t in the room so I could read this aloud to my wife. Well said!

This is frustrating. If they really believe it’s creating an even playing field between Facebook/Google/etc. and AT&T/Comcast/etc. then they’re confused.

Facebook’s product is you and the customers are the advertisers - they’re selling what they know about you to advertisers who pay for the ability to reach you.

That also doesn’t cover things like your precise geolocation (especially when you’re on a cell phone) or any of the other financial information the company already has about you or things like app usage, etc.

“...don’t buy insurance, pay everything out of pocket.”

“On the bright side, your employer might take the money they save and put it into different benefits or give you a small raise.”

I think there’s only been one time where I didn’t talk much to my Lyft driver - usually I sit in the front seat and talk to the driver. I am an introvert by nature and don’t like talking to people, but I figure this is low risk because the likelihood of meeting this driver again is pretty small. And it’s paid off -

Pandora also gets really confused if you like to mix in Christian music - it seems to override everything else. I have a few channels with different flows - like a high-energy station for working out (Taio Cruz, Pink, Usher), and a gentle “Saturday Morning Coffee” (Martin, Sinatra, Buble) - but in each case, as soon

I am, so far, not a fan. I received a pair for Christmas after putting them on my wish list. I’ve found that I still have to keep a spare pair of wired headphones in my backpack as a backup. The headphones themselves sound great and I loved being able to do some construction in my backyard and not have to have my

They’ll already have to have a Micro-to-USB-C for charging to meet European requirements. Those adapters won’t be cheap if you, like me, like to have spares.

I don’t like the idea of dropping the 3.5. I can’t count the number of devices around my house and office that have a 3.5 jack. If I now have a device that needs its own headphones, my EDC now has two headphones, I have to buy spares, it’s extra weight in my pack and no doubt they’ll be an Apple (cha-ching) exclusive

Or possibly Unclutterer. Either way, don’t fold fitted sheets!

I learned this trick a few years ago from Lifehacker... take a pillowcase, turn it inside out, shove the other pillowcase, sheet and fitted sheet inside and throw in closet. Then when it’s time to change the sheets, you’ve got a full set in one handy carrying case. Life is too short to fold fitted sheets.

I started with WhiteNoise on iOS, used it so much I figured I ought to toss them a few bucks as a thank you. When I moved to Android, I stuck with the free version, but it’s served me well. It DOES allow me to change individual volume, balance and pitch of sounds within mixes. There is also a *LOT* more available for

I’m not sure I can trust just one more chart.

Let's see you plug that thumb drive into my phone. Huh. Not quite everywhere.

I find Evernote faster. I can click from note to note faster than alt-tabbing back to a folder and double-clicking another file. Not to mention how easy it is to link between them.
