For REAL.  A warning/request seems entirely suitable especially if BART couldn’t be bothered to post signs saying ‘No Eating on Platform’.  Obviously he is not the first person to eat a sandwich at that station.  Bet he’s the first to be ARRESTED.  And what’s with the BS claim that you’re ‘resisting’ if you question…

This! “Sir, in case you didn’t know, eating is not allowed in the system. I’m not give you a ticket now but just to let you know.”

If it’s just a violation, couldn’t the officer have said “Eating is prohibited in this area, would you mind putting that away?” Easy, right? Nope! They’re always packed and ready to go on their power trip.

One question for Alicia Trost: Why is he told he’s going to jail for resisting arrest if “He was not arrested. He was cited for eating, which is a violation of state law”?

I’ve eaten at BART stations dozens of times, with nary a problem. Hell, I’ve never *seen* anyone get hassled (much less arrested) for eating in a BART station. Of course, I’m white, so this definitely seems like one of those “selective enforcement” situations.

I freaking love Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich! I’ve been trying to eat 90% vegetarian meals saving my occasional meat consumption for brisket. But I miss that sandwich. Are they sprinkling crack in the Popeyes one or something?

I honestly dont know what the big deal is. Ive seen long lines in black and white neighborhoods. Ill stick to making my own. I need my 4$ for other things.

The sandwich can’t even be all that. It has pickles which are disgusting so that right there disqualifies the sandwich from being worth all this trouble.

And then, she had to go settle for KFC, like the fucking heathen she is!

Does it seem weird that she has the same color in different intensities on her face, lips, eyes, and hair? She looks like she was dipped in a cheap hair dye and it just stuck to the wet spots.
