I saw a video of the neighbor who called, and is very upset that he called in retrospect, he said the doors were open at 2 a.m, and that all of the lights were on, and he knew she was babysitting her nephew.  
He walked over, looked around, didn’t see anything, and then went and called for a wellness check. 

The only way to stop behavior like that is to make it unprofitable. Limited time or not, you should have walked out, with a stop in the General Sales Manager’s office to explain exactly why they lost your business. Then follow up with a letter to corporate.
