Thanks. And, I’ll ask, since it appears you might know, what would have to be different to push it into actually being criminal trespassing? I’ve been unclear in the articles I’ve read about this, whether this is public land or private land that the protest is taking place on.

I’m fully in agreement that this prosecutor is garbage, but I am curious how/why a trespassing charge is invalid? If my house is robbed, being press doesn’t excuse reporters from coming into my home to cover the robbery, even though it could quite possibly be construed as news.
