Is no one considering that RIMM could have been included in "friends" as well? People started comparing its daily run-rate to Google when Google began to announce milestones.

@Bs Baldwin: Only about 35% are iPods- That's not even a majority, much less a large majority.

@avengers93: At least for me, I hope Apple doesn't change the antenna. I thought I got F'd at first, but based on my experience for last 6 weeks so far, the antenna performance is superior than my previous iPhones. I have service in underground or heavily walled areas, where other phones don't.

@Timothy Scott: Dude, exact same boat. At first I was freaked out by seeing my bars drop, especially due to all the press. However, Now that I have used it for over a month, I have discovered it's call quality to be much more superior. Clear as a bell and get's better reception in places I couldn't such as deep inside

@pucrepeap: That's a good point, but what do you do for 27in or 30in monitors? or bigger? or if you have dual or quad monitor setup? I have monitors everywhere, I think with large desktops the touchscreen model has limitations.

@LordNige: Not exactly, Apple never claimed to be the first at Copy&Paste, or Multi, Facetime, etc. They admitted that they weren't the first to do it. Apple claimed it was the first to perfect it. I largely agree, C&P blew all others away when Apple introduced it. Multitasking is very unique also, and will prove to

@rich: I thought the same thing, then after some research, I believe that the reason Apple changed the bars was due to 3G running on higher frequency 1900Mhz opposed to 850Mhz which was primarily EDGE. The difference is propagation or how rapidly the signal fades. High frequency drops off real quickly, and is poor at

Of course GIZ fails to mention this part from Anandtech:

@Hackholm: I agree with you, there is tons and tons of junk in the App Store too. We probably think there is more crap apps in there that actual- Apple did crack down on the complete total shit that is URL wrapper (~5K) plus there are likely some awesome apps we would never find.

@jsbaugh1: I remember when these carbon copy apps began to flood into App Store— Call "Dave" or "Bill" "Rob" "Ben" You hop in the store and there 100 fucking apps- popular names on icon for speed dial. Next day, you see some developer like that guys idea, but thought it would be better if the icons were different

@webdevmike: Or maybe that there isn't any problem with their gadgets- and the blogs way over-exaggerate intentionally looking to make mountains out of molehills

@SeraphX2: They did the same thing last year too for the 3GS for those that bought 3G year before.
