I’ve seen several of these articles this morning... it’s easy to be stupid when you can afford it.

The problem isn’t just desantis, it’s that too many people support his absurd and petty policies. The next governor is likely to be very similar. It’s a winning style down there.

I have a dozen boxes of CDs and DVDs on shelves in my basement. My computer didn’t come with CD/DVD reader and I no longer have a DVD player, so i guess YMMV with ownership.

I used to always go and purchase new movies on DVD every week. For a while they would give you a digital copy with the purchase of the DVD copy, which was cool.

I think it less that they ran out of source material, than they were such a high-profile duo, and they gave the appearance that they were rushing to the end of the GOT run so they could jump into Star Wars and other projects.

It is a shame that it became a “female protagonist” problem. It should have never been about Rey, but about the half assed story insisting on her being a nobody and that her origin didn’t matter while intertwining the lineage of almost every other character. For it to turn out to be the most random, least interesting…

This exactly. It sounds like they are planning to use the original content as a framework... Adapting story ideas to their own vision is not exactly their strong suit.
