You are using erroneous logic. Completely wrong. Listing how many people die on roads is absolutely no defence for Tesla knowingly deviating from industry standard practice and endangering lives.

Tesla’s sensors can’t deal with stationary cars right in front of it on a perfect motorway:

They also failed miserably at marketing it. They are calling the system “auto-pilot”. Which it is not.

Tesla is failing at foreseeable events and is blaming the customer. It is very foreseeable that people will take their hands off the wheel for extended periods of time, I don’t care what EUA states.
