I went to the game on Saturday. It was cold and everyone basically just followed where the shade wasn’t. The Teed (Guranteed Rate Field) is actually a great place to watch a game, I’m just waiting until it’s cool to go there again.
It was in the lower thirties at game time, there were three inches of snow on the ground when I woke up this morning, they are going to lose 95 games, they have scored 1 run in the last two games, Miguel Gonzalez is pitching, and they have 78 more home games left this year.
When this sort of stuff happened in Baltimore (incidentally for a game against the White Sox), we at least had an excuse that day.
Like it’s more pleasant during the day?
I think you mean Marchman
Guaranteed Ball Field
The White Sox are truly the team of REAL Chicagoans, since they’ll play in this cold and snow, whereas those dainty Northsiders had to cancel their game.
Darp darp Roger Bossard is da best grounds keeper in Chicago. Cubs are faggots. Darp Darp
I canceled my WWE Network subscription a couple of weeks ago knowing it would expire after Wrestlemania. I think I’m taking a break.
I’m sick of watching matches I’m interested in during a pre-show on a paid subscription and having them interrupted by a commercial for the product I already bought. The technology…
A lot of people are talking about how good Rousey looked, which to me, is a circumstance of low expectations. I think she took 2, maybe 3 bumps the whole match? Her striking looked worse than Sonya Deville’s, and she wasn’t a world champion. Rousey’s ringwork looked like a WWE superstar... in the era of Kelly Kelly…
I was there and the Lesnar/Reigns match was hot garbage. People were more interested in the random beach balls in the crowd than anything going on in the ring. You take Brock Lesnar, who hasn’t done anything new in years, isn’t capable of any match with duration, and generally appears to be bored and going through…
I absolutely HATED the Braun Stroman match. It totally buried the tag titles, and was in no way compelling.
LOL this was my thought exactly. That guy is ridiculous
Dude’s awesome. Doing another Austin Rivers impression, but during the game this time.
Good grief. Draymond Green can manage a technical under any circumstances. He is a truly exceptional.
The twitching/shaking of his arm was absolutely frightening.
“Eh, he looks fine to me.”
Oh thank God.
