Ah, it ejects your bowels, got it.

I see. So it ejects the contents of the fuel tank. Cool!

Thank you! Southern California afternoon light didn’t hurt either.

Beautiful pictures as always, Kurt.

*additional* 25 cents per gallon.

Slapping an additional 25 cents/gal tax on gas is fine with me as long as the money collected actually went to road construction and maintenance.

Luckily for us, the government has no history of mismanaging money, not once, not ever. The roads shall be glorious!

Mergio, you’re my spirit animal

That’s the key. If they had some way of showing everyone that all of that extra tax went directly to infrastructure projects I think people could swallow it. How hard could it be to have a website regularly showing the tax intake and how it compares to the cost of the infrastructure projects. Surely it possible.

Its about looks for me too, being able to LOOK over my hood and see what is on the trail in front of me.

I’ll get pics of the cruiser up close when I get to work. But the windows are nearly 2 inches thick. You can kinda see on the driver side window of the sequoia in this picture.

Come down to Socal South Bay area (LA beach). You’ll see plenty of them driven by 40's house wives in yoga pants.

Please explain.

Armored vehicles are my greatest desire.

  1. If I were to hook up my Nintendo 64 to the back seat screen and play Cruis’n USA while cruising the USA in a Land Cruiser, how rad would that be?

Toyota: Hey we added a roof rack and colors. No, its still a 5 speed auto.

You know what you did.

Range is only ok- low fuel warning comes early with plenty left in the tank and the miles til empty estimates are very conservative. I can pull off about 4 hours highway before needing a refill. MPG is terrible, but these things are designed for durability and not for efficiency. Cargo is surprisingly good - the cabin

Quirk: Changing the oil is needless complicated compared to the 100series.

What are the quirks and features, and what’s the DougScore?

Without using the words “spindle” or “grille*,” can one construct a reasonable argument for getting this over the LX with its significantly better interior and only marginally higher price?
