I appreciate the hustle, though.

Imagine shopping for a house and the realtor telling you the seller said you can’t see the house unless you agree to $100,000 over asking price. You’d walk.”

I don’t think you’re reaching far enough back, to be honest.  Certainly, the series you mentioned showed how you could elevate a cartoon show, but I don’t think any of them would exist if Batman: The Animated Series didn’t exist.  The influence of that show is just so wide-reaching.

I always liked the original concept, which was that He-Man was a nomadic barbarian on Eternia who got caught up in the cosmic struggle and became the good guys’ champion. This was the story in the booklets included with the first wave of action figures.

Kids shows, even based on toylines, have gotten exponentially better in the past 10-15 years, and honestly, we can probably thank My Little Pony. Relax, I have two daughters who have been watching all things MLP since they were 2. That show proved you could have a thoughtful, smart, well-designed cartoon based on toys

Counterpoint: She-Ra was originally a lame He-Man clone that catered to girls. The recent reboot is a phenomenally well-done reimagining with a compelling story and even more compelling characters and relationships that actually evolve over the course of five seasons.

These images made me say HEYYYAYYYAYYYYEEAAYYY

“Maybe a better tactic is to kill the 300, keep selling the PHEV minivan, and start selling a mid-sized EV CUV. If they could become an EV-only brand ASAP then people might start paying attention to them again...”

Keep the Jeep logo on those suckers and you’ll sell even more.

I believe they way to salvation is crossovers but Chrysler will just end up titty-fighting with Dodge and Jeep for market share.

A new set of sedans is the *last* thing anyone will buy in the US. The sales of the 300 have been heading toward 0 for years now, and minivans are not the most popular vehicles for about 20 years now.

My homie, have to watched the Netflix Transformers yet? It’s 3d animation, but I think it’s pretty cool. They take the material a bit more self-serious, but the animation and characterizations are on point.

why did james mays tesla 12v battery not die???  you think shilling would make that up.

Must be a short. Or a pedo.

How is that related to having to dismantle bits of your Tesla to get at a 12v battery?

Calling him out for... discussing a video that is about a Tesla. Which is an accurate discussion of what occurs in the video.

Dude. That part would cost like 2$ and add at least a few thou to the finished product.

The key in that sentence is “when it comes to the very basics.” The exterior look and power systems are unchanged across the board.
