@dal20402: If they do, they will do a manual option on the 3.0 TFSI only, as they are borrowing the powerplant from the S4. Remember the B5 S4's powertrain in the C5 A6? It was the only way you could get a manual in the A6 back then.

@mcamaj: They don't all fall apart after 4-5 years. My wife's 2000 MY Biturbo A6 with 155k miles does not burn any oil, unlike my 105k mile DSM. It still runs and drives great. The stock turbos are still alive and kicking hard.

Sounds like a #PCH tag to me!

C-clamps can do anything!

That Volkswagen ad on the wall sections that landed on the car seem suspiciously placed.

I'd let her roll me over

The true ponywagon is the Chevy II Nova.

A full size, 1- or 3/4-ton 4x4 van. Fords are easier to find, as many more were made. Turn it into a camper/tow rig.

Always bet on black.

I'm thankful for my Eagle Talon. It may be and feel cheap. It may need constant mechanical attention. However, with Blizzaks, 250HP, and AWD, it makes getting there almost as much fun as skiing. It doesn't have heated seats like my wife's A6, but looks much better with a perpetually cracked windshield.

Pretty rad if it happens, but I still think it needs more "boxiness." This looks a little like the same retro formula everyone else has been using.

Is it me, or is Nike the Apple of shoe companies? They could make them out of fecal matter, and millions of sheep would line up to buy the next Jordans.

This is going to ruin my plan to buy a "cheap" used Elise...

@nick2ny: Good call. Or, get a Mazdaspeed Miata...

All cars, but especially the Germans. The RS6 and all Mercedes are disappointments to me due to the lack of a third pedal.

My very first car was an early ChevyII Nova V8 wagon with a manual. This would complete the circle of automotive life for me. I'm guessing the motor sounds a bit more refined than a 327 through Flowmasters?

@solracer: B6 S4 Avants seem to be more expensive with the manual. I don't know KBB, I just cruise Craigslist everyday, looking for the right one.
